Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Every order ships from our US warehouses — no overseas transit, no customs holds. Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the United States, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of being placed. Some high-demand items may take slightly longer during peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We run free-shipping promotions on qualifying orders — any active offer will be shown in your cart.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of ordering, please reach out and we'll look into it right away.

Delays
